Developed new entertainment concepts such as “Morning Show Live”, new TV Morning Show concept and new “P&O Activities” Program on board Pacific Aria.

Perform on the main stage, introduce guest entertainers and emcee all large events. Oversee operations of the Entertainment Department. Responsible for running the Onboard Shopping Program aboard the Carnival Elation. Perform a main shopping show on the main stage, as well as oversee budgets, marketing and targets. Host VIP events, maintain active partnerships with Cruise Director and onboard teams.
ACTIVITY HOST & MANAGER
Host activities on board Celebrity Silhouette, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Reflection and Celebrity Equinox. Wrote and directed multiple new entertainment initiatives, such as gameshows, talks and dance classes. Stepped up to Activity Manager & assisted with scheduling entertainment for various voyages in Caribbean, Transatlantic, Baltic and Mediterranean.

Having attended numerous Mindfulness events and the Mindfulness Leadership Summit, I have learned new concepts around team management.
My approach to leadership is based on integrity, leading by example and enthusiasm. The biggest part of my management style is mindfulness - practicing awareness and focusing on common-sense principles. This creates an engaged and productive team that are kind to each other.
