Director of Entertainment Department aboard Marella Explorer and Marella Explorer 2. Oversee day-to-day operations, while ensuring brand standards and agreements are met/upheld. Maintain key safety position and coordinate relationships between General Manager, Captain and fellow Seinor officers. Rolled out new daytime initiatives, including “Sing Along Sail-aways” and “Afternoon Talk Show”. Oversaw department of 55+ including musicians, production team, show cast, youth team and hosts.

P&O Cruises Australia
Head of entertainment department of 70+ entertainers, musicians, performers, youth team and cruise staff. Key role in promoting onboard revenue, as well as holding key safety positions. Developed new entertainment concepts such as “Morning Show Live”, new TV Morning Show concept and new “P&O Activities” Program on board Pacific Aria.

Carnival Cruise Line
Perform on the main stage, introduce guest entertainers and emcee all large events. Oversee operations of the Entertainment Department. Create new activities, and streamline many day-to-day operations including Debarkation and created numerous gameshows. Youngest Cruise Director in the fleet, continue to maintain a strong Guest Satisfaction Score.

Onboard Media &
Carnival Cruise Line
Responsible for running the Onboard Shopping Program aboard the Carnival Elation. Perform a main shopping show on the main stage, as well as oversee budgets, marketing and targets. Host VIP events, maintain active partnerships with Cruise Director and onboard teams.
ACTIVITY HOST & MANAGER
Celebrity Cruises
Host activities on board Celebrity Silhouette, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Reflection and Celebrity Equinox. Wrote and directed multiple new entertainment initiatives, such as gameshows, talks and dance classes. Stepped up to Activity Manager & assisted with scheduling entertainment for various voyages in Caribbean, Transatlantic, Baltic and Mediterranean.

A Whole New Approach
Having attended numerous Mindfulness events and the Mindfulness Leadership Summit, I have learned new concepts around team management.
My approach to leadership is based on integrity, leading by example and enthusiasm. The biggest part of my management style is mindfulness - practicing awareness and focusing on common-sense principles. This creates an engaged and productive team that are kind to each other.

Developing New Gameshows and Events
Being skilled in technology allows me to consistently create new activities with a modern approach. For example, creating a gameshow that has built-in graphics, digital signage and video clips.
